The carers reference group had a nice catch up over lunch in early December.

Our Wednesday Family Fun group enjoyed their Halloween party last night. There was fun, food and plenty of spooky crafts! Have a look at some of the pictures from the night.

On the 25th October we attended the ABCD 10 Year Celebration Event in Holbeck, hosted by Slung Low. It was a great day and here are a few pictures from the event.

We held our AGM and 21 Years On Film launch at Beeston Village Community Centre. We had guest speakers and entertainment as well as a lovely lunch. The event was a great success and everyone enjoyed the day. Please see some photos below and a link to watch our amazing 21 Years on Video.

We had a great day out in Scarborough despite the weather. It rained all day but we all donned our raincoats and wellingtons and had a splashing time!

Arnika joined us at BAFF for a work placement from Greenhead College in Huddersfield. In our picture below, she is helping one of our volunteers, Claire to prepare tea for the Family Fun Group.

On Saturday 24th of June Lynn and Jackie had a stall at the Festival to promote BAFF activities and the work we do. Also a big thank you to Mariana who helped us set up. It was lovely to see our Patron, Hilary Benn MP who came over for a chat.

On the 20th June 2023, carers from the Carers Reference group attended the takeover day. After this we took part in the Learning Disability Pride march through Leeds city centre.
