Thanks to the Co-Op Community Fund in Beeston we enjoyed four days at Ty Glyn Davis Trust in Wales in the October half term. Everyone enjoyed this wonderful experience, especially the Halloween party.
Approximately 70 people attended the BAFF AGM, chaired by our new chairman Norman Campbell. Our guest speaker Kath Lindley spoke about the new Learning Disability Strategy which everyone participated in. Afterwards everyone enjoyed a performance by Ginger Cat Company and danced to the Skyfallers.
An event this year held at the Queens Hotel. Our very own Lynn Bailey won the Employee of the Year award. Many congratulations Lynn.
Another successful year with the allotment. Everyone was amazed that we once again won 1st and 2nd prizes at Middleton Produce Fair.
BAFF members enjoying the sun on one of our trips this year. This one is sunny Cleethorpes!
Our Family Group and Learning Disability Group enjoyed a wonderful boat trip down Leeds canal with a buffet tea provided. This is the first time the groups came together and what an amazing evening they had. This was thanks to funding from Wesleyan Foundation.
