It was nice to see all the trustees at Connect in the North offices. We had a good catch up and discussed future plans.

We have been spending a bit time on the allotment, getting it all cleaned up. We tidied up the memorial garden and painted the bench.

Members of the family fun group enjoyed sessions sharing their skills with each other.

ABCD workers Lynn and Gayle visited the family fun group to find out more about the skills and assets our local people have which they can share with the community.

Our members had a trip into Leeds to see the magnificent Knife Angel.

Our members enjoyed a fabulous evening at the St Andrew’s pantomime group show on the 24th January. Three of our younger members were invited to the stage to help out which the families absolutely loved!

All our groups are now up and running after the Christmas break. They are all being well attended and enjoyed. Here are a few pictures of what they’ve been doing.

BAFF members and their families enjoyed a daytrip to Sundown Adventureland on the 19th December. We had a great time taking part in the activities and even had a visit with Santa!
